Welcome to FlyEasy. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to refunds for bookings and services made through our website.

1. Flight Ticket Refunds

• Refund eligibility depends entirely on the airline’s fare rules and cancellation policy.
• Non-refundable tickets may not qualify for any refund.
• In case of refundable tickets, applicable airline cancellation charges, taxes, and service fees will be deducted before processing the refund.
• Convenience fees and payment gateway charges are non-refundable.

2. Hotel Booking Refunds

• Refunds for hotel bookings are subject to the cancellation policy of the respective hotel or accommodation provider.
• Some hotels may provide full refunds if cancelled within the permitted cancellation period, while others may apply partial or full retention charges.
• No refund will be provided for no-shows or last-minute cancellations where applicable.

3. Holiday Packages & Other Services

• Refunds for holiday packages, visa services, transportation, sightseeing, or other travel services will be processed according to the vendor or service provider’s terms.
• Visa fees, processing charges, and other non-refundable components will not be refunded under any circumstances.

4. Refund Processing Time

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during booking.
• Refund processing may take approximately 7–15 working days depending on the airline, hotel, bank, or payment gateway.
• In some cases, international transactions may take additional time.

5. Failed or Duplicate Transactions

• If your payment is deducted but the booking is not confirmed, the amount will generally be refunded automatically by the bank or payment gateway within the standard processing timeline.
• For duplicate payments, users are requested to contact our support team with transaction details for verification and processing.

6. Service Charges

• FlyEasy reserves the right to deduct applicable service charges, cancellation fees, and administrative costs where applicable.
• Certain promotional offers or discounted bookings may be completely non-refundable.

7. Force Majeure

Refunds may not be applicable for cancellations or disruptions caused due to natural disasters, weather conditions, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or other events beyond our control, subject to supplier policies.
